01What this website is for
The website explains who we are and the software and services we provide. It is general information, not an offer. Matajari delivers its products as software for clients to run under their own name; what is included, how it is set up, prices and service levels are agreed in a separate written contract, and that contract takes precedence over anything on this website.
Nothing on the website is financial, legal or regulatory advice.
02Content and trademarks
The text, diagrams, page designs and the Matajari name and logo belong to Matajari or are used with permission. Product names shown on the website are names used by Matajari for its products.
Client and partner logos belong to their owners and are shown to indicate that we have worked with them. Photographs are used under licence from their owners.
You may view the website, share links to it and print or save pages to evaluate our services within your organisation. Any other copying, changing, republishing or commercial use needs our written permission.
03Acceptable use
When using the website, please do not:
- try to get into parts of the website or our systems that are not public, or test them for weaknesses without our written permission;
- interfere with how the website works, for example by overloading it or sending harmful code;
